I am Michael who was a busy and stressed employee who decided that it was time to leave all that behind and work for myself. Alongside ironing I do consultancy work for private landlords and am a mystery shopper for an online company.
I started working in a hotel kitchen washing up at 16, went to catering college for 3 years then went to work for Waitrose for 13 years in a management role. I then worked for a local estate agents for 20 years as Letting Manager.
